The Fubini Jacobs family establishes the 2021 edition of the “Guido Fubini Prize”, named after the great Turin mathematician Guido Fubini (Venice 1879 – New York 1943). The amount of the prize is 10000€.

We invite to nominate candidates for the Fubini Prize 2021. The prize supports a young mathematician whose researches are based in Italy (under 40 at the end of the year and resident in Italy or temporarily resident abroad) and who has obtained results in the fields of pure or applied mathematics and is recognized for his studies by the international scientific community. The age of 40 is increased by one year for each child if the the mathematician is a woman. More information on the Fubini Prize are available on the webpage

The theme chosen for the 2021 edition concerns Probability and its role in Analysis and Mathematical Physics.

Nominations should be signed by at least two endorsing mathematicians (including the nominator) and accompanied by a short paragraph supplying the reasons for the nomination. Please use the form for this purpose. If you wish to upload some pdf material use the supplementary form (requires google drive sign-in). Otherwise, you can mail it to Susanna Terracini (susanna.terracini@unito.it).
