Description:
Hamiltonian Systems, Billiards, Celestial Mechanics are strong areas of research both in Italy and in Brazil. Among others, the recent session “Hamiltonian Systems and Applications” at the Colloquium of the Brazilian Mathematical Society (2025), the Online Billiard Meeting (monthly since 2022) and the online International School on Dynamical Systems and Applications – with participations of researchers from over 25 countries (from 2021 to 2024) showed the strong interests of researchers of all ages for those research topics. This session is aimed to strengthen the existing collaboration and to encourage new ones, selecting speakers from various Italian and Brazilian institutions with an excellent research tradition.
