Description: The purpose of this special session is to bring together a diverse group of researchers to present recent advances in applied functional analysis, integration theory, and their applications to differential and integral equations. Closely related fields – such as harmonic and convex analysis, stochastic analysis, and the study of measures on infinite-dimensional spaces – will also be represented. The list of speakers includes researchers affiliated with Brazilian and Italian universities, all working on the session’s themes but employing different techniques and perspectives. The session aims to provide an opportunity to bring together their expertise and to create an inspiring environment that fosters fruitful future collaborations between the two countries.
