REGISTRATION
Anyone intending to register for the 2nd Joint Meeting Brazil-Italy in Mathematics is required to fill out the online registration form and to pay – at the same time – the registration fee, which includes:
- access to the Meeting;
- conference kit;
- an attendance certificate for those requiring it;
- coffee breaks;
- participation in the social event “Welcome cocktail” on September 7.
An electronic invoice/receipt will be issued and sent directly to the e-mail address given at the time of online registration. The invoice/receipt will be issued in July 2026.
In the table below, the registration fees are in Euros and are not affected by changes in exchange rates.

Any requests for cancellation and refunds must be sent to the UMI Secretary no later than 15 July 2026. Afterwards, no refunds will be granted.
*only members who have paid their 2026 membership fees will be considered.

Registration and the social dinner are subject to capacity limits and will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached.

The abstract submission deadline is 30 June and speakers in special sessions are required to register for the conference by this date.
