Note: Please remember that UMI does not provide a hotel booking service. Florence is a very popular tourist destination, and accommodation demand is high. To secure a place near the conference venue, please book early.

– Single occupancy: €75 per night
– Double occupancy: €100 per night
Prices include the tourist tax of €6 per person per night. We also offer parking for €10 per day.
Our rooms feature a private bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and full linens. Breakfast is available via vending machines (not included in the price).
Hotel Corolle

The hotel has the following rooms available for all three periods:

Rates are per room per night and include Wi-Fi.
Our breakfast is served from vending machines, for a fee, for hot and cold drinks and sweet and savory snacks.
The hotel has unattended parking for €10.00 per day (not bookable, subject to availability).
The rate does not include the tourist tax, payable at reception: From April 1, 2023, €6.00 per person per night (children under 12, hospital stays, and Uni.Fi members with valid membership cards are exempt).
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we require an email with your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder’s name, and the amount to cover the first night, or a bank transfer for the first night.
Please note that you may change or cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Otherwise, we will charge 100% of the first night’s stay.
