SoapBox Science calls female UniPa researchers to take to the streets

SoapBox Science http://soapboxscience.org is the British platform for scientific dissemination, which works to promote women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) area. This platform fights against gender stereotypes among young people and intends to promote innovative and high-level research.
On 10 June 2017, in Piazza Verdi in Palermo, it will take place for the first time in Italy the event in which the most interesting female researchers of University of Palermo will present their research.

Those entitled to apply are female doctoral students, post doc students, research associate, researcher and professor involved in scientific projects and activities, who wish to promote and share their work outside academia, in order to spread their research to the public and to inspire future generations.
